Soars- Soars
Soars are a band from Eastern Pennsylvania that are making their debut this coming October with their self-titled album, out on La Société Expéditionnaire label. They play dream-pop with lots of prog-rock elements. Briana's ethereal voice and the whole moody atmospheric tension on their music makes this a dark yet memorable experience. Definitely recommended for the late hours.

Nihiti - Other People's Memories
Nihiti is a NY band, with their name meaning Love in japanese (or at least that's what they say...my Japanese are really rusty these days). They offer their whole album for free from their site, so find the link below and give them a go. Love it may be, but really dark, haunting love that goes through electro noise, indie guitars, pop beats and a musical journey similar to that of Merzbow. Some of the tracks like Campfires of Rostov on Don or Drednotrising are really captivating, while others like The Ringing In or the Return of Kind Ropes are more on the pop side. A really varying and unique expierence, which is worth the time.

Waxx Maxx
Waxx Maxx are two sisters (Nicole Godiva and Alyssa Brenny) and a friend (Mark Mallman) from Minnesota. They just started their band and are set to release their debut EP in November on Kindercore Records. Until then, they plan to release one song every month on their site. Their first track is Celine and Julie go Boating which is an electro pop melody guaranteed to be loved. We'll be waiting for their next single!
