Two brothers (Devin and Derek Wilson) and a childhood friend (Jeremy Rossetti) make up Toronto based trio Bravestation. Last year they released their self-titled debut EP (which we missed) and are now back a follow-up EP titled 2010. Their style sits somewhere between anthem-indie like those of National and folk-pop like those of Vampire Weekend. I must admit that I was happily surprised by their EP. It may not be anything ground-breaking new but their music radiates something really warm that makes them a really enjoyable listen. You'll easily find yourself leaving their album on the repeat for a few times, which for me is something that makes them stand out. You can download their full EP for free from their Bandcamp page.
